Mayor Charles & Ondra Farmer
Endowment for Excellence
This endowment is being established to honor the commitment of
Mayor Charles and Ondra Farmer to public education. This
endowment will provide mini-grants to teachers and classrooms to
enhance the education program of the Jackson-Madison County
Public School System and provide special opportunities to JMCSS
students and staff when they become available. Examples might be
participation in national activities when there is a cost
involved. Procedures are being developed for allocation of funds
and community members and educators will assist in making those
decisions.
