Taste of Liberty is the restaurant operated by the students in the Culinary Arts classes here at Liberty. The restaurant is open one day a week for most of the school year. We will be serving lunch only on Wednesdays until Christmas break. We will be open again in late January and be open until mid April.

We have a dining room that seats 48 people. Last school year we did a great carry-out business on Wednesdays. The restaurant is open on Wednesday for lunch with serving times from 11:00 until 12:30. This time frame works with the student's schedules so that they can all be in their next class on time. The third year students are the class that serves and operates the restaurant. The two second year classes are in the mornings and those students help prepare the food that will be served.

We welcome anyone to come and have lunch with us. The community has supported us so well that we may have to start taking reservations because the crowd became so large last year. We appreciate the community members who have been to visit us and have returned for a second time.

The menu varies weekly. We do home cooked meals that we hope everyone enjoys. We offer 2 or 3 selections for a set price with desserts being extra. We try to have two entrees with salads or soups and a variety of vegetables each day. We make our own rolls, breads, cakes, and pies.

In addition to the restaurant being open on Wednesdays, we will do lunches for small businesses or school groups on other days. We have a carry-out menu that we offer consisting of casseroles, breads and desserts that can be pre-ordered for take home meals.
